NOTE:

Attached is the NASA JPL Ephemeris data, forecasted, with a circled date of Dec 29th, 2016.  However, Jupiter at Lunar Elongation is showing as forecasted for the 30th, and you will see that the quake happened at 22:30, which is 1.5 hours before the start of the next days geometries.  The forecasted data is taken from Noon each day, so even though the quake date is the 29th, and the listed geometry is shown for the 30th, because it is only 1.5 hours before the next day, this is still a good quake driver.
