Geomagnetic Location Polarity = GREEN-0
Driver Polarity = Neptune Negative
Seismic Influencers = Neptune at Lunar Conjunction
Combinational Drivers = 

Magnetic Swapping Occurring
Neptune would never hit this region, UNLESS there was a Magnetically Opposing Combinational Geometry occuring.  Unkown at this point.  Would need to dig deeper, for further analysis.
