Driver Polarity = Mercury Resonating Neutral (LOW)

Seismic Influencers = Mercury at Lunar Conjunction, and Uranus Sun were Summarized

Magnetic Resonance of Rock Bodies

Mercury in the Neutral (HIGH) Solar Rotating Magnetic Field, and being that it Resonates Di-Magnetically, then it resonates the Opposite polarity of the incoming field which is Neutral (LOW) currently. SOOO Mercury is Resonating Neutral (LOW).
